U.S.-Singapore Third Country Training Program on the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement

The United States Trade Representative is inviting US-ASEAN Business Council members to join a private sector consultation day during a Singapore - United States joint third country training program on the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement. The United States and Singapore plan to use the program to discuss with the rest of ASEAN's members how to implement the TFA and sequence commitments. The private sector participation day on September 14 will give the business community the opportunity to discuss their priorities for TFA implementation and how it will affect their businesses. The day is also meant to reinforce the importance of private sector dialogue and provide a template for future consultations on the TFA.
