The Lower Mekong Initiative (LMI) Best Practices Exchange - Aviation Infrastructure

In conjunction with the 2016 Singapore Air Show, the U.S. Commercial Service, in partnership with the Federal Aviation Administration, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore and the U.S. Department of State, will be conducting a Lower Mekong Initiative workshop at the Fairmont Hotel in Singapore. During this workshop, LMI Officials from Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar will speaking about opportunities, gaps and challenges in their respective markets. Topics of discussion will include, but will not be not limited to: creating and evaluating business case for aviation infrastructure; lifecycle costing when implementing aviation infrastructure projects; enhancing local employment opportunities through commercial aviation projects and implementing an effective PPP financing model.
