Roundtable with Philippine Delegation on Public Services Act Amendment

The Council will be hosting a roundtable with a Philippine delegation on the Public Service Act Amendments. For the first time, the Philippines will establish an investment screening system to mitigate national risk.
As part of the delegation’s visit in Washington D.C., they are keen to meet with the private sector for feedback and discussion.
The Philippine delegation will comprise of the following agencies:

1. National Security Council
2. Department of Finance
3. Department of Foreign Affairs
4. Securities and Exchange Commission
5. Department of Trade and Industry – Board of Investments
6. Department of Trade and Industry – Strategic Trade Management Office
7. Department of National Defense, Washington
