Roundtable with Musdhalifah Machmud and Dono Boestami

Please join the US-ASEAN Business Council and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in supporting the Embassy of Indonesia for a Roundtable with Musdhalifah Machmud, DG of Food and Agriculture from the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs to discuss the latest updates on the food and agriculture industry in Indonesia, including updates on halal law. The Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs oversees the Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Ministry Finance, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Manpower, Ministry of Public Works and Housing, Ministry of SME, Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises.

The roundtable will also feature Dono Boestami (President Director of Plantation Fund Management Agency - Palm Oil) who will brief participants on the latest updates regarding Indonesia's palm oil policies and how it may affect American FMCG products. The Plantation Fund Management Agency - Palm Oil is a government agency under the Ministry of Finance. Its main role is to promote and develop national objectives, policies and priorities of the Indonesian palm oil industry.
