PROTECT 2017: Doing Business Amidst New Threats

PROTECT2017,the government-private sector partnership for security and safety will hold its 12th annual series of International conference and exhibition on March 29-30, 2017 at the SMX Convention Center, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Launched in 2005 with the Anti-Terrorism Council, the PROTECT series is the largest and longest running security event in the country. It brings together stakeholders to share concerns, discuss responsibilities and find solutions to the most pressing security issues. The objective is to ensure uninterrupted business operations and safety of critical infrastructures, other assets and people.
 
The PROTECT 2017 conference series on “Doing Business Amidst New Threats” includes 7 sessions:

Secretary Hermogenes C. Esperon, Jr., National Security Adviser and the Director-General of the National Security Council will open and keynote the event. Speakers and panel discussants include a former president of the republic and experts from key agencies of government responsible for security, the Philippine Nuclear Research Institute, the Coast Watch Center, Microsoft, Thales, Dahua Technology, Oracle, Vision Technology, International Centre for Political Violence and Terrorism Research, Rappler, and others.
