Ambassador Pisan Manawapat is leaving his post as the Thai Ambassador to the United States, a position he has held since February 2015. Over the past two and a half years, Ambassador Pisan and the Royal Thai Embassy have shown great dedication and commitment to deepening all aspects of U.S.-Thailand relations. Since his arrival, the Council and Ambassador Pisan have worked cooperatively to further develop the U.S.-Thai business relationship, a goal that the Council and its members share. The Council considers Ambassador Pisan a dear friend and a strong advocate who has focused on opening new doors to trade and investment in the Thailand.
We have greatly enjoyed working with Ambassador Pisan and are honored to bid farewell to Ambassador Pisan as he leaves Washington, DC, to return to Thailand. We hope you will join us in honoring the Ambassador and wishing him the best of luck in his future endeavors. For more information, please contact Ella Duangkaew at eduangkaew@usasean.org.
