2020 Infrastructure Committee Call

The Council is pleased to invite members to join the 2020 Infrastructure Committee Call. The call will discuss member priority issues, and steps that we can take to adapt to the uncertain climate due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

The proposed meeting agenda is as follows:

• Welcome Remarks – Amb. Michael Michalak
• Opening Remarks by Committee leaders
• COVID-19 Updates and e-Programs:
• Key Challenges faced by infrastructure companies during COVID-19
• Individual member responses to COVID-19
• Brainstorm alternative programs and platforms for the Infrastructure Committee, proposed topics include:
  1. ASEAN Road Safety
  2. ASEAN Smart Cities and digital transformation
  3. Infrastructure and crisis management/emergency preparedness in ASEAN
• Discuss possible collaboration opportunities for Infrastructure programs
• 26^th ASEAN Transport Ministers Meeting in Brunei:
• Updates and actions for the 26^th ATM in Brunei (November 2020)
  • Committee next steps and activities in preparation for 26^th ATM to Brunei
• Closing Remarks
