The US-ASEAN Business Council is now registering senior-level executives for its 2013 Business Mission to Indonesia. The mission will take place Monday - Wednesday, November 11-13, 2013. |
Meetings: The following meetings will be proposed. Companies are welcome to suggest other meetings:
Discussions will also be organized with the U.S. Embassy team and key US government agencies in Jakarta. Meetings with other officials could be added according to members' interests and the officials' availability. Please note that we must have interest in any specific meeting from multiple members in order to make the proper meeting request of the official. We also welcome members' suggestions regarding meetings with other private sector associations or organizations that could be included in our mission agenda. Registration Instructions: Companies are required to submit the documents listed below. It is acceptable to submit your registration and payment form and follow up with the requested documents shortly afterwards. The deadline for submission of registration and ALL mission materials is November 1, 2013. Timely submissions are requested and appreciated. Mission participants are encouraged to arrive in Jakarta by November 10, 2013. We will have a pre-mission briefing at the hotel on the evening of November 10, and meetings will be scheduled first thing in the morning of November 11.

Mission Costs:
Business Mission: USD$5,000
The above costs cover two representatives. There is a $750 fee for the registration of each additional representative for each mission beyond the first two included in the base fee.
Payment can be made by check, wire transfer, or online. Please see registration form for details.
Business mission fees cover expenses for program preparation and execution, overhead costs for Council staff and hired service vendors, a group working lunch, an evening reception, and transportation between the designated hotel and meetings. Delegates are responsible for their own air travel, meals, lodging, local transportation, visas, and all other related travel costs.
