Keo Chhea.\n\n\n\nPrior to his appointment\, Ambassador Keo served as advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation on ASEAN affairs with the rank of Undersecretary of State. Before that\, he was the Dean of the Techo Sen School of Government and International Relations at the University of Cambodia in Phnom Penh. A career diplomat\, Ambassador Keo is a 40 year veteran of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.\n\n\n\nWe hope you will join us in welcoming Ambassador Keo to Washington\, DC and learning about his priorities as he assumes his new role.
