DESCRIPTION:On August 4th a USABC delegation met with the Vietnam Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) and the Government Committee on Cipher (GCC) under the Ministry of Defense\, to discuss the current status of implementing decrees drafted by those Ministries. \n\n\n\nWe will convene a conference call to offer an update on last week's meetings and discuss next steps for engagement.
