DESCRIPTION:Please join us for a Thailand Committee Call with Charg  d'affaires Peter Haymond\, from the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok. CDA Haymond will provide an update on recent political and economic developments in Thailand and the future trajectory of bilateral relations\, as Thailand serves as the 2019 ASEAN Chair and prepares for a new government following elections on March 24. \n\n\n\nCharg  d'affaires Haymond will also accommodate a Q&A session on topics of interest raised by members. CDA Haymond's biography can be found here. \n\n\n\nFollowing the dialogue with CDA Haymond\, we will review the 2019 Thailand Work Plan and discuss the Committee's priorities and upcoming opportunities for the year\, including the 2019 Thailand Business Mission.
