DESCRIPTION:Please join the Council's Infrastructure Committee chair Caterpillar and the Embassy of the Philippines in welcoming Cosette Canilao\, Executive Director of the Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines\,  to Washington\, DC.  Ms. Canilao and other PPP Center executives will highlight developments in the Center's growing project pipeline\, project opportunities for U.S. companies in the Philippines "Build Back Better" initiatives\, and progress in local infrastructure financing methods.
