DESCRIPTION:The Council is pleased to invite you to a planning call to develop the concept note for our plenary luncheon session during the 2019 ASEAN Telecommunications and ICT Ministers (TELMIN) Meetings. Following approval of the luncheon from the Lao Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (the host for the 2019 meetings)\, the Ministry has requested that we provide them with a preliminary draft concept note by July 15. The purpose of this call is to gather input from members to develop this concept note. Please come prepared to discuss ideas and make decisions regarding the format and topics for the event. Following this event\, we will develop a concept note and send it to the Government of Laos on or before their July 15 deadline.
