The Commission recently concluded its public consultation on its proposed amendments to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). The Council\, in partnership with BSA | The Software Alliance\, submitted joint comments for the consultation (available here).\n\n\n\nBSA and the Council will be meeting with the Commission to discuss the technical aspects of the PDPA.
