DESCRIPTION:Please join the Council's ASEAN Committee to discuss the Business Mission to the ASEAN Economic Ministers (AEM) Meeting on August 30-September 1 (click here to register)\, the US-ASEAN Internship Program\, and other items.\n\n\n\nThe call will feature a briefing from the Ambassador Piper Campbell\, the newly-appointed Charg  d'Affaires\, U.S. Mission to ASEAN\, on the U.S.-ASEAN political and economic relationship. Ambassador Campbell will also provide a readout of the 51st ASEAN Foreign Ministers' Meeting (AMM)\, and the visit of Secretary of State  Pompeo. Before joining the U.S. Mission to ASEAN in June 2018\, Ambassador Campbell previously served as U.S. Ambassador to Mongolia from 2012-2015. Click here for her bio.
