This will be the eighth consecutive engagement at the ATM and will be the second in-person ATM mission since 2019. \n\n\n\nThe deadline for receiving overall registration and mission materials is Friday\, October 13. Early submissions of materials\, such as talking points and meeting priority\, would be greatly appreciated to facilitate the securing of meetings.\n\n\n\nThis year the 29th ATM will be held in Luang Prabang\, Lao PDR\, from Monday\, November 9 to Friday\, November 10. As part of the Mission to the 29th ATM\, the Council has requested a Private Sector Working Luncheon with the 10 ASEAN Ministries of Transport (MOT) and the opportunity to engage ASEAN Senior Transport Officials during their official meetings (STOM) on 9 November\, 2023 at 12:30 14:00 (TBC) - please note that both sessions are still awaiting confirmation from the ASEAN Secretariat and the 10 ASEAN MOTs.
