SUMMARY:2015 ASEAN Capital Markets Forum Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF)\, which comprises capital market regulators from the 10 ASEAN countries\, has invited the Council's Financial Services Committee (FSC) members to its annual meeting to be held in Kuala Lumpur.  The meeting will be hosted by current ACMF chair Securities Commission Malaysia\, include senior regulators from multiple ASEAN countries\, and focus on key current ACMF initiatives in ASEAN capital markets development.  A Council primer on those initiatives can be accessed here.\n\n \n\nThe ACMF welcomes FSC members' inputs on topics including: deepening and expanding the ASEAN Trading Link\, developing the ASEAN Collective Investment Scheme\, promoting the use of technology in integrating ASEAN's capital markets\, and building out SME and infrastructure finance channels.\n\n\n\nAs in 2014\, the FSC seeks to prepare a brief position paper for submission to the ACMF prior to the meeting.
