Following approval of the luncheon from the Lao Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (the host for the 2019 meetings)\, the Ministry has requested a concept note and has circulated it to ASEAN for their review. The purpose of this call is to gather input from members on key topics and messaging for our plenary luncheon.
