These principles will be developed by Council members\, and be used by Council members during our engagements throughout the year. \n\n\n\nThe primary goal of the sub-committee is to develop a concrete set of ASEAN and in-country guiding principles for data governance to present at the 3rd 2019 Digital Policy Consultative Forum (DPCF) in Thailand in August\, which will focus on how ASEAN can become a leader in digital data governance. \n\n\n\nThe Data Governance Sub-Committee will be led by a Vice Chair of the ICT Committee and report its activities to the ICT Committee during the monthly ICT Committee in-person meetings.
